### Function: SetHeading(spawn, value)
**Description:**
Sets the heading of the Spawn.
**Parameters:**
- `spawn` (Spawn) - Spawn object representing `spawn`.
- `value` (int32) - Integer value `value`.
**Returns:** None.
**Example:**
```lua
-- From SpawnScripts/Baubbleshire/DonnaFairbanks.lua
function Heading(NPC)
SetHeading(NPC,"133")
end
```
