### Function: AddQuestStepCompleteAction(quest, step, action)
**Description:**
Sets the function to call when the quest step is completed.
**Parameters:**
- `quest` (Quest) - Quest object representing `quest`.
- `step` (int32) - Integer value `step`.
- `action` (int32) - Integer value `action`.
**Returns:** None.
**Example:**
