Function: UpdateQuestTaskGroupDescription(quest, step, description)

Description: Update the task group description of the quest.

Parameters:

• quest (Quest) - Quest object representing quest.
• step (int32) - Integer value step.
• description (int32) - Integer value description.

Returns: None.
