Function: SummonCosmeticPet(spawn, pet_id)

Description: Summon a cosmetic pet with the pet_id (spawn database id).

Parameters:

• spawn (Spawn) - Spawn object reference spawn.
• pet_id (uint32) - Integer value pet_id.

Returns: None.
